Data Collection
The app does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal data to Chess Fusion Studio LLC.
Local App Data
The app stores settings, board preferences, analysis/session state, and user-selected PGN-related data locally on the device. This data is used only to operate app features.
PGN Files
If you import or export PGN files, Android's system file picker is used. The app accesses only the files you choose.
Internet and Permissions
The app does not request Internet access and does not use network services.
Android Backup
Android backup is disabled for this app. The app does not intentionally back up app data to cloud services.
Third-Party Components
The app includes Stockfish 18 and bundled chess font/assets. License and source information is available in the app's About screen.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because the app does not maintain accounts or server-side storage, Chess Fusion Studio LLC does not retain user data on company servers. You can delete local app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
Children
The app is a general chess study tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated if app behavior changes. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
